(Transcription available) -- Document, 1809 Mar. 25, a sea pass for William Bragg, commander of the brigg Apollo, sailing from Boston. Madison signs as President of the U.S. Countersigned by William Stevenson as notary for the Secretary of State. The document is in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch. On the verso of the document are handwritten accounts for supplies.
